SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment of products purchased from CL Experience SRLS.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Destinations

CL Experience SRLS ships alcoholic products to selected countries where the sale and importation of alcohol are legally permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders from countries where:

  • The importation of alcohol is prohibited
  • Additional licenses are required and not obtainable
  • Local laws restrict the sale or shipment of alcoholic beverages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordering alcohol from our website is legal in their country of residence.


2. Delivery Terms

All international shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, and courier handling.

CL Experience SRLS is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, force majeure events, or courier-related issues.


3. Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

For international shipments under DAP terms:

Buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes.

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import VAT
  • Excise duties
  • Local taxes
  • Clearance fees

If the customer refuses to pay required import charges and the shipment is returned or destroyed, CL Experience SRLS reserves the right to deduct shipping costs, customs fees, and any related expenses from any potential refund.


4. Courier Compliance with Alcohol Regulations

All shipments are handled by professional international couriers who operate in compliance with applicable alcohol transportation laws.

However, the customer remains responsible for ensuring compliance with local alcohol import regulations in the destination country.

CL Experience SRLS shall not be held liable for:

  • Confiscation by customs authorities
  • Refusal of entry due to local alcohol restrictions
  • Additional documentation required by local authorities


5. Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the time the goods are delivered to the specified address.

Customers are required to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately to the courier and to:

6. Legal Drinking Age

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

CL Experience SRLS does not ship alcoholic products to individuals who do not meet this requirement.
