These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products from CL Experience SRLS. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via Stripe. All payments are processed securely, and by completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method.
2. Delivery Times and Conditions
Delivery times and conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery dates are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on shipping destination and logistics.
3. Refund, Cancellation, and Returns Policy
Refunds
Refunds are granted exclusively in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Product damaged at the time of delivery
- Error attributable to CL Experience SRLS
Any defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours from delivery, including photographic evidence.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for shipment.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling – 14 Days)
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
However, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and applicable EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Alcoholic beverages sold by CL Experience SRLS are sealed products. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the original seal has been broken or altered.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Bottle fully intact
- Original safety seal unbroken
- Packaging unopened and not tampered with
- Product unused, including partial consumption
Returns of opened, partially consumed, unsealed, or altered bottles will not be accepted.
CL Experience SRLS reserves the right to inspect the returned product before authorizing any refund.
If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, no refund will be issued.
Return Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of an error attributable to CL Experience SRLS.
4. Responsibility and Use of Alcohol
Products sold on this website contain alcohol. Consumption is at the user’s responsibility. Users must ensure they consume responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Legal Drinking Age
By purchasing or using this website, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in your country. CL Experience SRLS does not sell alcoholic beverages to individuals who do not meet this requirement.
6. Limitation of Liability
CL Experience SRLS is not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from improper use of products
- Delays in delivery due to third-party logistics or courier services
- Use of the website or products in violation of applicable laws
